Thank you for choosing MorphLogo. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, subscriptions, credits, and AI generation charges are handled for https://morphlogo.com/.
MorphLogo provides digital AI logo animation and generation services. Because generations may start immediately and credits may be consumed as soon as processing begins, many completed digital services are not refundable. We still review eligible refund requests fairly and promptly.

When you cancel:
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable after the billing period begins. However, you may request a refund if one of the following applies:

Credits may be consumed when an AI generation, rendering, export, enhancement, or other premium action begins.
Credits are generally non-refundable once they are used because compute resources and third-party AI processing costs may be incurred immediately. Unused purchased credits may be eligible for review if you contact us within 14 days of purchase and the credits have not been used.
Free, promotional, bonus, trial, or gifted credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
AI generation can produce variable results. Refunds are not guaranteed simply because you dislike a generated result, prefer a different style, changed your mind, or expected a different creative outcome.
If a generation fails because of a technical error and credits were deducted, we may restore the credits, retry the generation, or provide another reasonable remedy at our discretion.
One-time purchases, lifetime access plans, and downloadable digital products are generally non-refundable once access is granted, credits are used, or outputs are generated or downloaded.
We may review refund requests for unused one-time purchases within 14 days of purchase, subject to account activity, usage, and applicable law.

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us, we may suspend access to your account while the payment dispute is reviewed. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account termination and loss of remaining credits or access, subject to applicable law.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, repetitive, or connected to violations of our Terms of Service. We may also deny refunds where outputs were downloaded, exported, publicly used, commercially used, or otherwise materially consumed.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law. If local law gives you additional refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights, those rights will apply.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page, unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of MorphLogo after an update means you accept the revised policy.
