Thank you for choosing MorphLogo. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, subscriptions, credits, and AI generation charges are handled for https://morphlogo.com/.

MorphLogo provides digital AI logo animation and generation services. Because generations may start immediately and credits may be consumed as soon as processing begins, many completed digital services are not refundable. We still review eligible refund requests fairly and promptly.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected].

When you cancel:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
• Future renewals will stop after cancellation is completed.
• Cancellation does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period.
• Any included credits, storage, or premium features may remain available until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated in your plan.

Subscription Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable after the billing period begins. However, you may request a refund if one of the following applies:

• You purchased a subscription by mistake and contact us within 14 days of the initial purchase.
• You were charged after cancelling because of a technical or billing error.
• You were charged twice for the same subscription period.
• MorphLogo was unavailable for an extended period and you could not reasonably use the paid service.
• A refund is required by applicable law.

Refund requests may be denied if:

• You have already used a substantial portion of the paid features or included credits.
• You generated, downloaded, exported, or commercially used outputs from the paid period.
• The request is made after the eligible review window.
• The account shows abuse, fraud, policy violations, or chargeback misuse.

Credits and Usage-Based Charges

Credits may be consumed when an AI generation, rendering, export, enhancement, or other premium action begins.

Credits are generally non-refundable once they are used because compute resources and third-party AI processing costs may be incurred immediately. Unused purchased credits may be eligible for review if you contact us within 14 days of purchase and the credits have not been used.

Free, promotional, bonus, trial, or gifted credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

AI Generation Results

AI generation can produce variable results. Refunds are not guaranteed simply because you dislike a generated result, prefer a different style, changed your mind, or expected a different creative outcome.

If a generation fails because of a technical error and credits were deducted, we may restore the credits, retry the generation, or provide another reasonable remedy at our discretion.

One-Time Purchases and Lifetime Plans

One-time purchases, lifetime access plans, and downloadable digital products are generally non-refundable once access is granted, credits are used, or outputs are generated or downloaded.

We may review refund requests for unused one-time purchases within 14 days of purchase, subject to account activity, usage, and applicable law.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".

Please include:

1. Your MorphLogo account email address.
2. Transaction ID, invoice number, or receipt.
3. Purchase date.
4. Product, subscription, or credit package purchased.
5. Reason for the refund request.
6. Any relevant screenshots or error details if the request relates to a technical problem.

We may ask for additional information to verify the purchase and review your request.

Review and Processing Time

We aim to respond to refund requests within 3-5 business days.

If a refund is approved:

• The refund will normally be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing may take 5-10 business days after approval.
• Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
• Refunded subscriptions, credits, or access may be removed from your account.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback. We can usually investigate billing issues faster through support.

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us, we may suspend access to your account while the payment dispute is reviewed. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account termination and loss of remaining credits or access, subject to applicable law.

Abuse and Fraud

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, repetitive, or connected to violations of our Terms of Service. We may also deny refunds where outputs were downloaded, exported, publicly used, commercially used, or otherwise materially consumed.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law. If local law gives you additional refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights, those rights will apply.

Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page, unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of MorphLogo after an update means you accept the revised policy.
